New York City Early intervention Program
Enabling families to achieve their potential through early diagnosis and outstanding, innovative, interdisciplinary care, our vision is to transform lives as a leader in pioneering, holistic, and person-centered care.
Our interdisciplinary team delivers comprehensive support by incorporating applied behavior analysis (ABA), speech and occupational therapy, physical therapy, nursing, audiological and multidisciplinary evaluations to support children and their families throughout all stages of development and growth.

About Us
Full Circle Early Intervention has a provider agreement with the NYS Department of Health (DOH), Bureau of Early Intervention (BEI), to offer early intervention (EI) services. All necessary EI services for eligible children will be identified in collaboration with parents, providers, and the early intervention official.
These services may be delivered in the child's home, childcare settings, or community locations. Our program is approved, regulated, and funded by the NYS DOH and NYC DOHMH. The Early Intervention Program (EIP) is a public initiative for children under the age of 3 who are either suspected of having or at risk for developmental delays or disabilities.
A child’s eligibility for the program can be determined only by state-approved evaluators under contract, and all services must be authorized by the county. All EI services are provided at no cost to parents, and health insurance may be used for approved services. EIP is funded by New York State and county governments. To refer your child to the Early Intervention Program, call 311.
